• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration and personal care.
• Support individuals with community involvement by accompanying outings or providing transportation to activities or work.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Tuesday 7:30 AM-7:30 PM & Wednesday 7:30 AM-1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
