Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage, capture, trace, and test systems requirements from source documents and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field of study
• Master's degree is preferred

Personnel Clearance Level

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher
• Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate

Essential Job Duties

• Analyze system level details and parameters to create derived requirements and to support verification of requirements
• Work with developers to generate low-level software requirements (e.g., algorithm details, waveform and processing parameterization, etc.) and validate implementations against models
• Plan, organize, and conduct test events and author test plans, procedures, and reports
• Present system requirements, architectures, and technical status to customers and stakeholders
• Work with hardware and software engineering teams in all phases of a project to ensure requirements are met
• Work closely with program management and senior leadership to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Salary Range

$164,000 - $234,000 annually.
