Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. in Fort Smith, AR seeks part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with daily living activities in their homes, including meal prep, medication administration, personal care, and community outings.

You will support treatment plans with clinical staff, help enable community participation, and provide transportation as needed. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am–10:00pm; pay is $14.00 per hour. EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm

Pay Rate:$14.00/hr
