Heidelberg Materials North America seeks skilled tanker truck drivers to transport and deliver materials to customer and company locations. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, and accurate documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a valid CDL with a clean driving record, excel at communication, and be capable of working independently while adapting to changing schedules and site needs.
Safely operate tanker trucks to transport and deliver materials to customer and company locations.
Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to promote safe and reliable operations.
Load, unload, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Follow all applicable DOT, FMCSA, company, and site-specific safety requirements.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a safe driving record.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
Ability to operate tanker equipment and perform vehicle inspections with attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with customers and team members.
Capability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and adapt to changing operational needs.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Average weekly pay of $1,300
Minimum weekly guarantee of $1,000
