Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate tanker trucks and deliver materials to customer and company locations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and unload materials, and maintain regulatory records.

Candidates must meet DOT/FMCSA regulations, demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, and work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment. Equal opportunity employer.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Safely operate a tanker truck to transport and deliver materials to customer and company locations.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe and compliant operation.
  • Load, unload, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

What Are We Looking For
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate, inspect, and maintain commercial tanker equipment safely and efficiently.

Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

  • Minimum Weekley Guarantee of $1,000.
