Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with individuals and families to maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities, meal planning, medication administration and personal care.

DSPs will support community involvement, accompany individuals on outings, provide transportation when needed, and assist with adherence to therapeutic and behavioral plans under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., meal preparation and planning; medication administration; personal care).
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting to activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
