Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families in Russellville, AR. You will help with daily living activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care, while supporting community involvement and outings.

Workdays are TBD with up to 30 hours per week. Pay rate is $13.50 per hour. Must have HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and pass background, reference, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Support and maximize quality of life for individuals and families.
• Accompany individuals on outings or provide transportation to work or activities.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: TBD < 30 hours per week

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
