Job summary

Bost Inc in Fort Smith, AR is seeking full-time DSPs to work with individuals and families, delivering in-home assistance with daily living activities to maximize quality of life.

Duties include meal prep, medication administration, personal care, and assisting with community outings or transportation. Shifts are Sunday 8:00 PM–8:00 AM and Monday–Wednesday 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; 1:1 rate $14.00/hr, group rate $16.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Must pass background, reference checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to maximize quality of life.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor health needs.
• Support personal care and hygiene for individuals.
• Facilitate community involvement with outings or transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Sunday 8:00 PM-8:00: AM and Monday through Wednesday 10:00 PM-8:00 AM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hr

Group Rate: $16.00/hr
