Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Direct Care clinician to provide Speech, Physical, or Occupational Therapy to developmental infants, toddlers, and their families under the IFSP, in the natural environment. This role emphasizes a person-centered approach, collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to MHMR's mission: We Change Lives!

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas or applicable therapy license.
• Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Official transcripts/Degree/Certificate documentation from education providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech, Physical, or Occupational Therapy to developmentally delayed infants, toddlers and families under the IFSP.
• Serve 0–3 children timely and in the natural environment and adhere to procedural safeguards, rights and needs.

Direct Care - Speech Therapist/Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist

Provides physical therapy to developmentally delayed infants, toddlers and their families asidentifiedin the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Ensures that all (0-3) children are servedtimelyand appropriately and in keeping with their procedural safeguards,rightsand needs. This position fully embraces the mission and 7 key principles for providing early intervention services in the natural environment.

Preferences: Experience in Early Childhood or Pediatrics
