Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas or applicable therapy license.
• Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Official transcripts/Degree/Certificate documentation from education providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech, Physical, or Occupational Therapy to developmentally delayed infants, toddlers and families under the IFSP.
• Serve 0–3 children timely and in the natural environment and adhere to procedural safeguards, rights and needs.
