Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards. You will manage supplies, support staff, and uphold quality and safety policies.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred), and 2+ years in janitorial or facilities management with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. On-site work in TX may include varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
