Job summary

DTK Facility Services, a Texas-based commercial facility services company, seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard. You will manage supplies, support staff, and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Supervisors are the main contact for the team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in janitorial or facilities management with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of janitorial services or facilities management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
