Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in our Texas-based facilities. You will lead the janitorial team, manage supplies, ensure quality and safety standards, and serve as the point of contact for staff.

In this role, you’ll need strong leadership, bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred), and at least 2 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management, including supervisory experience in large commercial environments.

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

Work Environment:

• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
• May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs.
