Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a capable Supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards. You will manage supplies, support staff, and enforce safety protocols while serving as the main point of contact for the team.

English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred; minimum 2 years in janitorial services or facilities management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
