Job summary

DTK Facility Services in Texas is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, ensure tasks are completed to high standards, and manage supplies and safety compliance.

You will work closely with staff, provide training, monitor quality, handle reporting, and be the main point of contact for the team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

What We’re Looking For
