Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency program beginning Fall 2026 to transition new graduates into professional nursing. The program combines precepted orientation with blended learning, mentorship, and peer support across multiple specialties in a large Georgia hospital system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (for those graduating August 2026 or earlier).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification (upload CPR card to your application).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice.
