Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is offering a 12-month RN Residency Program beginning February or March 2027 to help new graduates transition into professional nursing through education, mentorship and blended learning experiences.

The program covers Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac, Critical Care, ED, OR, women’s services and more, with a focus on clinical judgment, communication, cohort socialization and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate RN license.
• BLS CPR certification (upload to your application).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care activities with assigned staff to maintain quality nursing care.
