Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Concord, NC. You will operate packaging and slitting equipment on day or night shifts, with a stable 12-hour schedule and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience.
• Experience with packaging, converting, or similar equipment preferred.
• Stable, reliable work history required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging or slitting machines
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect product quality throughout production runs
• Load raw materials and remove finished product
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
