PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Concord, NC. You will operate packaging and slitting equipment on day or night shifts, with a stable 12-hour schedule and opportunities for overtime.

Competitive starting pay and weekly payroll support long-term career growth. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, are reliable, and can pass a drug screen and background check.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor packaging or slitting machines
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect product quality throughout production runs
• Load raw materials and remove finished product
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Machine Operators - Hiring for Day & Night Shifts

Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable schedule, competitive pay, and long-term career opportunities? We are hiring Machine Operators to operate packaging and slitting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $17.00+/hour (based on position, shift, and experience)
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedules
• Overtime and weekend work available

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging or slitting machines
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

Requirements
