Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a consistent overnight shift in South Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shift.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, performing QC checks, and packing finished goods. Candidates should be at least 18, able to lift 25–30 lbs, and fluent in English and/or Spanish. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• English and/or Spanish speaking.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Perform product quality inspections and quality control checks.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures and document results.
• Package finished products into bags and/or boxes.
• Label products and prepare shipments.
• Build and label boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals.
• Assist in other production-related tasks as needed.
