Job summary

Incobrasa is seeking a Process Assistant to support safe, efficient operation across multiple production areas including Dryer, Prep, Extraction, Biodiesel, Boiler, and Refinery. You will monitor equipment, perform sampling, and ensure quality standards are met.

The position requires a 12-hour rotating shift, physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, and strict adherence to OSHA safety rules in a high-demand industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a process plant or similar industrial environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts reliably.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust processing equipment to maintain optimal production flow and quality.
• Conduct regular sampling and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Observe and enforce all safety procedures and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work a 12-hour rotating shift, ensuring consistent plant coverage and operational continuity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding process status, issues, and improvements.
• Willingness to work in areas with heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
