Owens Corning in Tallmadge, OH is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist the Operations Leader in managing a 60-person production shift, ensuring safe operation, quality and productivity while upholding housekeeping standards. The role requires leadership on a 12-hour shift, coaching, and coordinating daily activities.

You will lead the shift huddle, enforce safety rules, collaborate with maintenance, and mentor staff through changeovers and upset conditions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Experience making high-impact decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Basic math skills for production statistics.
• Strong leadership capabilities and coaching.
