Job summary

WinCup in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a Packer - LIDS to visually inspect, seal and package lids, and maintain a smooth packing flow. This on-site role supports the Specialty Production Supervisor and a collaborative packing team.

The position requires basic math, ability to read/write English, and stamina for long shifts. Company benefits begin after 31 days, including health coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects products and ensures proper packaging.
• Packages product into cartons and seals with correct labeling and date codes.
• Notifies leaders of quality defects and equipment issues.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
• Assists teammates and adheres to GMP, HACCP and SQF requirements.
