Job summary

WinCup is seeking a Lead Production Equipment Operator for Stone Mountain, GA. You will oversee the shift PEOs, enforce GMP and safety, and drive quality and efficiency on cup lines, including repair hands-on support and coaching of teammates.

Responsibilities include leading huddles, maintaining break schedules, and ensuring minimal downtime while upholding food safety standards and GMP requirements. On-site role with growth opportunities within a dynamic packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical ability and manual dexterity.
• Ability to speak, read and write English to carry out instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Previous experience using hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift Production Equipment Operators and daily duties.
• Enforce safety, GMP regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead by example on line operations, coaching and training staff.
• Maintain production efficiencies and minimize scrap.
• Communicate issues to the shift supervisor and participate in shift huddles.
• Assist in repairs to keep lines up with minimal downtime.
