North Aurora Living and Rehab LLC in North Aurora, IL is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, admit/transfer/discharge residents, administer medications, and maintain accurate charting.

The role requires an Illinois license, CPR certification, English proficiency, and the ability to work 12-hour day or evening shifts. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in Illinois.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day nursing functions for RN or LPN to plan services and report as required.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents and supervise nursing personnel.
• Administer medications and perform routine charting per policies.
• Develop and maintain positive inter-department relationships and a constructive unit atmosphere.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and ensure safety compliance.
