Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license (Illinois).

• CPR and BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: monitor, assess, administer medications as prescribed.
• Care planning with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized plans.
• Advocate for residents and liaise with families and providers.
• Maintain accurate health records and progress notes.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with physicians and specialists.
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff to uphold care standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
