Job summary

Sandwich Living and Rehab LLC in Illinois is seeking an RN or LPN to provide direct resident care and supervise nursing assistants. You will be responsible for administering medications and ensuring timely charting while maintaining a compassionate environment.

We offer part-time and full-time roles, with evening and day shifts. A current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification are required; Long Term Care experience is preferred to support our residents effectively.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) in Illinois.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent nursing decisions and apply medical practices.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Long Term Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and maintain a calm environment.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; complete required documentation.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Develop good working relationships with the care team and ensure resident confidentiality.
