Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego is hiring a Care Team Assistant for a full-time, 12-hour VARIED shift (72 hours per pay period) on-site. You will work with the care team to ensure safe, optimal patient care, support clerical and patient logistics, assist with basic patient care under a clinician's direction, and help with personal needs and daily living activities.

English proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills, and AHA BLS for health care providers are required or preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be able to speak, read and follow instruction in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with care team to ensure safe, optimal patient care.
• Support unit with clerical, patient logistics, equipment/supply, charge reconciliation, and patient services duties.
• Assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under clinician direction.
• Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, and maintain a safe environment.
