Scripps Health in La Jolla is seeking a Care Team Assistant for a full-time day shift at Scripps Green Hospital. The role involves supporting patient care in collaboration with the care team, with an 80 hours per pay period structure and 8-hour day shifts.

You will perform clerical, patient logistics, equipment and supply duties, and assist with patient care under clinician direction, helping patients with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and follow instruction in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider

Responsabilités

• Work in collaboration with other care team members to assure safe and optimal patient care.
• Support the unit with a variety of clerical, patient logistic, equipment/supply, charge reconciliation, and patient service duties.
• Assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician.
• Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collects data, and maintains a safe, organized environment.
