Job summary

Kerry is hiring a Production Operator for their Banks Crossing, GA location. The 12-hour night shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role emphasizes safe setup and operation of equipment to optimize output and quality.

A $1.20 shift differential applies for night work, with opportunities for career growth in a global nutrition leader. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, maintaining records, following SOPs and GMPs, and reporting safety or quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced env.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate production.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, safety rules, sanitation rules and conduct policies.
• Report food safety issues and participate in training.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain hazard-free area.
• Notify supervisor of issues, delays, or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
