Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate with maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Learn and apply Precision Maintenance techniques.
• Perform troubleshooting with experienced maintenance staff.
• Assist with maintenance training of personnel.
• Follow reliability procedures for spares and parts.
• Assist in quality commissioning of rebuilt or new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reliability reporting.
• Support plant safety, GMP, and food quality standards.
