The role requires 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and familiarity with plant utilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years practical experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with plant utility or packaging systems.
• Basic computer literacy for work-order tracking and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance and rapid repairs.
• Troubleshoot motors and controls; install conduit and wiring.
• Handle mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping tasks.
• Provide welding and fabrication support as qualified.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and contractors on projects.
• Log work orders and parts in SAP/MVP; maintain maintenance reporting.
• Follow food safety, quality, and OSHA guidelines.
