Kerry is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Harrisonburg, VA facility. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utilities, with a focus on uptime and reliability in a safe, compliant environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Shift is 2-2-3 rotating; compensation includes a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with plant utilities or packaging systems.
• Basic computer literacy for work-order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot motors and controls; install conduit and wiring.
• Handle mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping tasks.
• Provide welding and fabrication support as qualified.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators and contractors.
• Use SAP or MVP to log work orders and track parts.
• Follow safety guidelines (OSHA) and quality standards.
