Job summary

SEO Scholars, an education nonprofit, seeks a Manager of Scholar Admissions in New York, NY. The role develops data-informed recruitment strategies and leads the admissions process to enroll high-potential students across SEO Scholars programs.

You will build school partnerships and manage communications with families and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about expanding educational opportunities for students across New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment.
• Experience with NYC high school and/or college admissions preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and report recruitment and admissions metrics toward enrollment goals.
• Prepare weekly data reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Manage NYC admissions inbox and Salesforce data.
• Coordinate interview days and recruitment events.
• Oversee admissions process from applications to enrollment.
• Build partnerships with NYC schools and community organizations.
