Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented QC Tech to support quality assurance across aggregate operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.   • Work is performed in laboratory, quarry, plant, and outdoor job site environments.
  • Regular lifting, material sampling, standing, walking, and climbing may be required.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment is expected.
  • Occasional overtime and travel between operational and customer locations may be required.

Job description

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QC Tech to support quality assurance initiatives across aggregate operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while partnering closely with operations, sales, and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform quality control testing and sampling of aggregate products at production sites and customer locations.

Analyze test results, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to support product quality and compliance.

Coordinate and oversee quality assurance activities while promoting adherence to testing standards and procedures.

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to address quality concerns and support customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Up to 75% travel out of state.

Must be willing and able to be certified in 4 states.
