Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join onsite. You will partner with project leads to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects, using MS Project or Azure DevOps and facilitating Agile events to keep teams aligned and progressing. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of PM/coordination experience are required, with PMP/Scrum Master preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional project management or project coordination experience.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and schedules in Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps.
• Support projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and lead regular project update meetings, tracking action items and driving them to completion.
• Communicate project status to the team and stakeholders through MS Teams and email.
• Partner with the product owner/service request manager and stakeholders to ensure the team's work delivers value.
• Identify and remove blockers and impediments to the team's progress.
• Capture and aggregate project data to support the team's development and provide management with information for strategic decisions.
• Foster a team environment of self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator partners with project leads to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects across the organization. This role brings an analytical mindset to keeping teams aligned, organized, and moving forward, serving as a central point of coordination between the project team, leadership, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Salary Expectations: $80,000-85,000 annually
