Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator – Agile & Waterfall to join our onsite team. In this client-facing role you will partner with technical leads to deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will lead meetings, manage MS Project plans and DevOps boards, analyze variances and critical path, apply Scrum practices, and break complex work into actionable tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards.
• Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement.
• Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. In this internal client-facing role, you will work with a wide variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines, keeping work organized, visible, and moving forward. Team structure varies by client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion
