Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in Decatur, IL.

You will support a 20+ person project management team within a 200+ person Global Program Management organization, contributing to New Product Introduction, Electrification, and CPI initiatives. You will build and maintain project plans, lead planning meetings, track risks and action items, and present findings to stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; Microsoft Project experience preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and quality-check project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Facilitate project control and project planning meetings.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator joins a 20+ member project management team that is part of a 200+ person Global Program Management organization, with colleagues in Tucson, Aurora, Peoria, and Australia. This role manages project plans for multiple divisions in Decatur and supports high-visibility initiatives spanning engineering, operations, and supply chain, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Electrification, and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI). The breadth of this work offers strong networking and exposure across the business.

Key Responsibilities
