Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring a 1099 Window Installer in Louisville, KY. You will install home remodeling products per standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

Owners prefer candidates with strong communication, reliability, and experience in remodeling or construction. This role offers year-round work, paid training, and a flexible schedule under a national home-improvement brand.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
• Must have vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
