Job summary

Proof Technology in the United States is seeking independent Process Servers to join its nationwide network. You will deliver legal documents in Scottville, MI and surrounding areas, set your own schedule, and choose your workload through the Proof app.

As a contractor, you’ll manage your own assignments, with support from a dedicated operations specialist. Prior experience and a valid license where required are preferred; training is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed, registered, or certified process server if required by state/county law.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and able to use a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents; FedEx printing available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in your assigned area.
• Set your own schedule and workload via the Proof app.
• Earn by completing serves and tracking earnings through the platform.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
  Must have a valid drivers license.

• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
  National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
