Mortgage Loan Originator – Onsite or Hybrid (NMLS Licensed)

Your Day-to-Day

• Connect quickly with borrowers and build real trust from the jump
• Dig into their situation to figure out what actually fits
• Walk them through clear options and get to yes efficiently
• Use sharp communication and listening to keep things moving and close strong

• Good at asking the right questions to uncover what the client really needs
• Proven at keeping relationships warm and turning one deal into repeat/referral business
• Comfortable in a digital-heavy setup - CRM, pricing tools, LOS—no fear of tech
• Problem‑solver mindset—spot roadblocks and fix them without drama

Other Details

• 1099 position, commission only, no base
• Earnings: Realistic range $60k–$500k+ annually depending on volume and lead source (top performers clear well into 6 figures)
