Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician / Residential Service Technician on a 1099 contractor basis in Sarasota, FL. Join a team delivering a wide range of maintenance services, from plumbing and HVAC to carpentry and general handyman work, with flexible scheduling and fast payments.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck, van, or SUV for transporting tools and materials.
• Must have your own tools and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification required.

• Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using an online portal system for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must have EPA certification
• General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• W9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
