Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician / Residential Service Technician on a 1099 contractor basis. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and installations across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work.

You must own tools, have reliable transportation, and communicate effectively with the team. 3+ years in relevant trades is preferred; EPA HVAC certification and COI are required.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification
• General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• W9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required prior to receiving work orders
