Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced trades professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair and maintenance work. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to manage your own workload while delivering high-quality service to homeowners and property managers in the Fayetteville area.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades, own transportation and tools, and can operate

Qualifications

• Own truck, van, or SUV to transport tools and materials.
• Own tools and ability to work independently.
• EPA certification for HVAC technicians.
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
• W9 with valid Tax ID required.
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman services.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Follow local safety requirements and industry best practices.
• Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout each project.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and materials
• Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• W9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving assignments
