The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other home appliances. The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with strong troubleshooting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a systematic approach to repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, etc.
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installation according to manufacturer's specifications
• Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients
• Ordering and sourcing parts for repairs
• Maintaining records of repairs and parts used
• Liaising with clients to keep them informed
• Providing maintenance recommendations
• Maintaining work order records on provided portal

Requirements:

• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Own a truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling equipment
• Own tools and able to work independently
• Preferred: 5+ years in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to navigate online portal
• Disqualifiers: General liability insurance required, workers comp preferred, COI required, I9/W9 with valid Tax ID, onboarding video training prior to work orders
