Our technicians primarily work in their local areas on residential jobs for our maintenance department, supporting property management partners, homeowners, and various project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Conduct diagnostic testing on HVAC systems to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with account managers, project managers, and dispatchers to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for HVAC projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing pictures and notes on portal.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tenant and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• MUST FILL W9
• MUST HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY COI ON FILE
• MUST HAVE UP-TO-DATE EPA CERTIFICATION FOR NEW REFRIGERANTS
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude!
• Must have a truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling equipment
• Own tools and ability to work independently
• At least 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to navigate online portals
