Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, seeks skilled cabinet refacing installers to join a nationwide team delivering high-quality home upgrades. You will install remodeling products per our standards, apply finish work as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction with clear communication to management.

The role requires 3 years of remodeling or carpentry experience, knowledge of cabinet installation and refacing, and experience with trim and finish carpentry.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate.
• Must have experience with trim and finish carpentry.
• Established LLC or business.
• Worker's compensation and general liability insurance.
• Prefer crews with a vehicle that can transport materials to job site.
• Great communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
