Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking skilled cabinet refacing contractors to install remodeling products and complete jobs across the network. Earn up to $300K per year with year-round work and weekly direct deposits.

This contractor role requires at least 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including cabinetry work, and possession of a suitable vehicle. Training is provided and insurance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience (trim/finish carpentry).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per Renuity standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
• Coordinate with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction and finalize payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and property with respect.

The main duties include:

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Qualifications:

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry

• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash

• Established LLC or Business running under EIN

• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance

• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
