Job summary

Renuity is hiring a 1099 Installer to install home remodeling products and complete projects with a crew. Earn up to $250k per year per job basis, with guaranteed year‑round work and a weekly paycheck.

You’ll operate with provided work and reimbursed product costs, joining a growing national network of trusted home renovation teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in remodeling/carpentry, own a LLC, carry workers’ comp and GL insurance, and bring a crew of 2+.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing.
• Kohler Luxstone or stone panel installation preferred.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must have worker's comp and general liability insurance.
• Must have a truck, trailer, and tools.
• Must be a crew of 2 or more.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
• Install/replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows.
