Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring for 1099 cabinet refacing roles in Cincinnati. Install home remodeling products to Mad City's standards, focusing on cabinet refacing, laminate, and finish work as an independent contractor with significant earning potential.

You will communicate with homeowners and management to ensure satisfaction, complete inspections, and secure final payments. Applicants should have 3+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience and own an LLC with liability

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate.
• Must have experience with trim and finish carpentry.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's compensation and general liability insurance.
• Prefer crews with vehicle that can transport materials to job site.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
